Shipping Time & Taxes
Please be aware that ones the package leaves our hands, we are not able to influence the shipping time. Many factors that are out of our control can influence the delivery time (Covid 19, heatwave, strikes,..) We will do our best to provide you with a fast experience.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at check out.
Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
We recommend choosing the tracking option for your parcel.
It is important that you use the provided tracking number by us and check the route with your local post office online, once it has arrived the country of your choosing, to get a precise information on your parcel.
If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you with your needs. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated and do not offer refunds.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accommodate a return within 30 days.
We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults.
Repairs will not be accepted after 182 days of its original order date.
